My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable, which was really good. The service was not warm and welcoming; they were not providing any information and not going out of their way for those of us who don't share the Italian sentiment for a breakfast consisting solely of sweets. The location, while not pretty, wasn't bad and was close to Perugia and on the way to Assisi. The dining experience solely of sweets was very good. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
